This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund, return, or exchange, while protecting our business from misuse or unnecessary costs. This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and other applicable laws in Malaysia. By purchasing from ZCL 3D Filament, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Defective Products: If a product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description provided on our website, you may request a refund or replacement. A product is considered defective if it has manufacturing faults or fails to meet the specifications listed (e.g., incorrect filament diameter or material quality).
- Non-Defective Products: Refunds for non-defective products are not available unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., during promotional periods). Normal wear, misuse, or improper handling does not qualify for a refund.
2. Time Frame for Returns
- You must notify us of your intent to return a product within 30 days from the date you receive it. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after we receive and verify the returned product.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All tags, labels, and packaging materials must be intact and included with the return.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping costs upon verification.
4. Restocking Fees
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective products to cover handling and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and verify the returned product. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions provided on our website or product packaging.
- Products modified or altered by the customer after delivery.
- Digital products or software (if applicable), unless they fail to download or function as described.
7. Shipping Delays and Lost Returns
- We are not responsible for delays or losses during the return shipping process. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and insuring the return shipment for its full value.
- If a returned product is lost in transit, we will not issue a refund or replacement unless you provide proof of shipping and tracking.
