1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for both domestic (within Malaysia) and international orders:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders, depending on the destination and carrier availability.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days for domestic orders and 3-7 business days for international orders, subject to additional fees. Availability may vary by location.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.
2. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping (Malaysia): Shipping costs start at RM10 for standard shipping and RM20 for expedited shipping, calculated based on order weight, size, and destination. Additional fees may apply for remote areas.
- International Shipping: Shipping costs vary by country and start at RM30 for standard shipping and RM50 for expedited shipping. Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
3. Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are subject to the shipping method selected and carrier performance. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after receiving payment, but delays may occur during peak periods (e.g., festive seasons or promotional sales).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities. Please contact the carrier directly for updates on delayed shipments.
4. Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website (e.g., Pos Malaysia, DHL, FedEx).
- We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or delays in tracking information provided by the carrier.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to most countries, but some products or destinations may have restrictions due to local regulations, hazardous materials, or carrier policies. If your location is not eligible for shipping, we will notify you before processing your order.
- Certain 3D printing filament products may require special handling or packaging, which could affect shipping costs or delivery times. These details will be communicated at checkout.
6. Liability for Damages or Losses
- We take every precaution to package your products securely, but we are not liable for damages, losses, or delays during transit caused by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- You are responsible for inspecting your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, report it to the carrier immediately and contact us within 24 hours at support@zcl3dfilament.com for assistance.
- We recommend insuring high-value orders and using a tracked shipping method to minimize risks.
7. International Orders and Customs
- For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.
