Specifications

• Material: ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
• Resin grade: Premium Toray Toyolac™ ABS resin (made in Malaysia)
• Filament diameter: 1.75mm ± 0.03mm
• Length: approx. 395m – 400m per 1.0kg (ABS is lighter than PLA, so you get more length per kg)

Printing Parameters

• Nozzle temperature: 230°C – 250°C
• Bed temperature: 90°C – 110°C (mandatory for adhesion)
• Cooling fan: OFF (0%) — use 10–20% only for overhangs if needed
• Enclosure: highly recommended to prevent warping
• Print speed: 40 – 60mm/s

We are committed to a zero-waste future. Instead of manufacturing new plastic spools, we collect, clean and reuse empty spools from the 3D printing community. This keeps plastic out of landfills and lowers cost — savings we pass on to you.

⚠️ Please note: because we reuse spools, a spool may carry old markings or stickers from its previous life. Please refer to the ZCL label on the vacuum bag/box for the correct material details. All spools are inspected to make sure they do not affect winding or print quality.
