Why PETG?

• Easy to print — Works out of the box with Bambu Studio's Generic PETG profile. No enclosure needed, even on an open-frame A1.
• Stronger than PLA — Bends under load instead of snapping. Ideal for brackets, hooks, functional parts and outdoor use.
• Beautiful clarity — Natural colour prints glassy and translucent. Perfect for lamp shades and light diffusers.
• Handles heat & water — Won't soften in a hot car like PLA. Food-contact safe base resin, good chemical resistance.
• Very low odour — Safe for printing in a bedroom or office.

Printing Parameters

• Nozzle: 230°C – 250°C
• Bed: 70°C – 80°C (textured PEI recommended)
• Cooling fan: 20% – 50% — too much cooling weakens layer bonding
• Print speed: 40 – 60mm/s
• Enclosure: not required
• AMS compatible

Quality Control

Every batch is baked dry, then vacuum-sealed with desiccant. No clog, no tangle, consistent diameter.
